I know, I know —— by now you think I have a fixation with a gay Dumbledore but that’s not it. I just think it is hilarious that #JKRowling had it in her head all along that the old wizard was gay.

I mean, the typical stereotype on different levels – as headmaster with a bunch of young boys and as a father figure (as in the Catholic priest troubles). It does make you wonder what is real anymore!

Last evening Tracey was sitting on the couch knitting another sock when all of a sudden she got all excited. It seems she was knitting the wrong pattern, style or whatever (I know nothing about knitting except it turns string into clothes and stuff) into this sock and it was the second sock of a pair. So it was time for bed.

What more evidence can I provide that she is working too many hours when she can’t do her knitting right!

I just found out this morning it is possible she might be working this Saturday and Sunday too! The daughter of one of her employees is ill and she has been working without an RN all week. They will be working Sunday this weekend so everybody can take Thanksgiving off.

They have to reschedule everybody for the week to do that so she has extra work with the rescheduling. And it is coming to the end of the year so she has employee evaluations and other stuff to do as well. I told her at least she has job security if she lives long enough to enjoy it.


Noah brought home some photos that Tracey had asked for so I need to get a frame for her picture of Noah. I think she is planning on taking it to work for her office desk.

I also have a picture of Tracey with the afghan she won in the raffle that Bob Calhoun brought to her. I really like that picture so I will frame it too.

I have been looking at the electronic picture frames but they are still a little too expensive for now. I would also worry about letting Tracey take one to work because I’m afraid it would get stolen. I know —— always the cynic —— but these things happen!
