I went for a scooter ride yesterday and liked to froze my hands off. I can only find one of my good winter gloves, the other one seems to have wandered off somewhere. I’m either going to have to find it or get another pair. I hate that cause those were really warm gloves!

I just had to get out for a ride though because the sun was shining (at the time) and I don’t think there will be a lot of sunny, dry days left with the temperature above 40°.


I mailed off a rebate for $3 for an extension cord from Menard’s. I felt foolish filling out the form and the envelope for a $3 store credit I probably won’t even get —— but it just seemed wrong not to. I guess that makes me a real pinch-penny at heart?
