Mom, DD and I made a small group for dinner at the Cracked Barrel but we had a good time just the same. I stayed later than usual, I guess because I knew the boys had a crowd over for the evening and wouldn’t miss me and Tracey is off to the warm state of Arizona.

I spent part of my afternoon on the phone to #USCellular to see if I could get any information about how to upgrade the operating system on my Blackberry so I could use the Kindle application on it.
As usual, these people know all about how much they cost but absolutely nothing about how they work. But if I do something to mess the phone up they won’t replace it because whatever I did must not have been approved.
I really think if somebody out there really gave technical support to products it would help their sales department an awful lot. I am dreaming though. They make enough money they don’t have to care.

US cellular has a data tech department that deals with blackberry and windows mobile only. They are who I ask for when I had problems. Hopefully they can lead you in the right direction. I haven’t heard of that app... im going to check it out!

Hi Kyle, I should probably call them back on a weekday and ask for those guys then. I am not too optimistic though because I think Amazon had the application developed for the newer Blackberry models because they have more memory and processor speed. At least that is what I am guessing from questions I have been able to get answered by Google.
