We had a family reunion of sorts at Al & Glo’s yesterday afternoon. My Aunt Marlene and Uncle Gene are in the area for a few days so it was a good time to have a get-together. We all brought either a pot of soup, stew or chili and had a nice meal together. It was a lot of fun. I made a crock pot full of potato soup but it wasn’t very soupy because I left the lid off and most of the water evaporated away. It was more like potato stew but still tasted pretty good —— at least I thought so.

Tracey spent most of yesterday digging in the yard again. She thinks she is just about done with the digging and will be ready to put the liner in today perhaps. We went to a building supply store in Tremont and spent a huge amount of money to buy a 25 X 23 foot chunk of rubber. She really wants to have water in it before winter.
