Sorry I didn’t post an update yesterday! We arrived here at the Super 8 in Gallup, NM, around 4 p.m. We were sold a room at the back of the building and after we drove around the building and hauled our stuff in we discovered the door to our room open and still in the process of being cleaned. It took a while to get somebody to finish cleaning it and for us to get our stuff unloaded from the car, etc. We then had to drive to the other side of town to find a place to eat and we ended up at an Applebee’s where, again, we had to wait. I got side tracked with transferring pictures from our cameras and looking at those and just forgot all about letting you guys know we arrived safe and sound.

We had an extra hour or so because of the time change so we wandered around the Petroglyph National Monument for a while and took a bunch of pictures I hope to share with you eventually.

I saw Ben last night on my Friday night shopping trip. He’s excited to be on his way today!
