Since I didn’t do the grocery shopping Friday, I decided to go early yesterday morning. I was surprised to find the place was almost empty. I may start going at 8 a.m. on Sat. morning from now on. Evidently everybody else sleeps in on Sat. morning?


Mom, DD, Tracey and I went to the Cracked Barrel last evening and the conversation continued at Mom’s trailer. We got caught up once again on the continuing insanity with DD’s job. It is hard to believe she could be saddled with so many nut cases all in the same place. It would be funny if she weren’t living in the middle of it all.

If I don’t go to Kroger on Friday night (which is rare!), I will go around 7 - 7:30 on Sat. or Sun. mornings. It’s not crowded at all at that time. I refuse to shop after 10 or so on the weekend...too crowded!
