I rode my motorcycle to meet Tracey for supper at #Avanti in Pekin after she got off work last evening. Then we went to #Walmart to get some soda. Just one of the many reasons why I hate Wal-mart is they put the soda in the farthest corner from the door. I wonder if people really are so stupid they forget why they came and buy other junk just because they have to walk by it on the long journey to the things they really want to buy? It never fails that the most popular items are the farthest from the door. The check-out gal asked me if I found everything OK and I mentioned that I did only after walking a half mile round trip to the farthest corner of outer Wal-mart. Next time I will drive to Schnuck’s.

Finished up the mowing about a half-hour ago —— just in time! I can hear the thunder rolling in already! Tracey rode her motorcycle to work so I hope this stuff all blows over before time for her to return home.
