Animal Tracks

Bolivian squirrel monkeys gets a special treat from their keepers of sultanas and wax worms that were set out on a Christmas tree at London Zoo in London. London Zoo is the world’s oldest scientific zoo. It was opened in London in April 1828.
I started rearranging stuff in the garage so Tracey could park her VW in the middle space but couldn’t get the dagnab mower to start. Typical.

I did get the motorcycles and other stuff over to the north side and out of the way.

I put the battery charger on the mower battery and hopefully (fingers crossed!) it will start so I can move it today. We go through this every year to get things rearranged for the season. We should just win the Lotto so we could build another garage.


There has been a buzz on social media about some guy on a show called Duck Dynasty saying politically incorrect things about gay people.

I never watch the show and haven’t really read or seen what the guy said, but I think it is a bit much to fire the guy over. I realize it might cost the show some viewers but from what I am hearing the majority of those who watch the show are rather sympathetic with him.

I suppose the TV people have to draw a line somewhere but considering the murder and mayhem in an average television week —— this seems rather mild.

Holly Killion, the wife of my cousin Bob Killion, passed away last Tuesday night. She was only 43 years old. Very much too young.

Interesting political cartoon this morning with a comment about what Fox News says about Santa being white. Fox News evidently believes in Santa —— but how many people believe in Fox News? There is some correlation there I’m sure!

Another one of those “politically correct” situations — this photo caused a Facebook user to be banned. While I think it is unusual to stand on your head naked and breastfeed a child I would rather see this image than a mutilated animal or some of the other nasty things I have seen on FB.

People are a strange mixture of thought process.
