Aaron, Tracey and I went to breakfast at the Cracked Barrel yesterday. This may be getting to be a habit.


I spent some time on the telephone calling contractors to get some bids on replacing our front entrance door. I also called and made an appointment to have my eyes checked. That happens today. This afternoon will be fun because they will dilate my eyes to check my retinas. That always messes me up.

Must be eye week. I go Thursday afternoon to Bond’s office there in Pekin. Where are you going?

I’m off to Normal to take more things to Ashley and to help her get set up in the house. There are some things that were left in the house that need to be thrown away too. I probably don’t want to know how many years the junk has accumulated in the house.

I’m planning on dinner with Andy and Ashley...IF Andy gets home before 8:00! Sure wish he could work just 8 or 9 hours a day!

Hi Tammy,
We go to Bard because we like Dr. Shelly to do the eye exam. He has always been good at getting the right eyeglass prescription. Otherwise, Bard Sucks. They constantly try to overcharge for everything. We get our glasses from Zenni Optical on the Internet for a whole lot less cost.
