Tracey has a new job but still has to deal with the same shenanigans of the same IT department. It was supposed to take “about a half-hour” to set up her new computer yesterday. She was a half-hour late getting home last evening and she doesn’t think her computer is working even yet. The more things change the more they stay the same.
