Yesterday was simply a beautiful day. I usually avoid talking about the weather but once in a while a nice day is worth talking about. Tracey and I had a perfectly lazy day. The weather was so nice I kept thinking I should get out and do something.
Instead we sat in the sun room with the breeze blowing in the screen door and watched the birds, squirrels and chipmunks enjoy the day. We even had a visit from the local herd of deer in the early morning and late evening. Nice.

I’ve had a craving for a good Chicago style deep dish pizza. It seems there is no place on this side of the river. We finally settled for a pizza from #Avanti. It was good. Really good. But not quite the same.
We’ve been having unseasonably warm weather out this way--it’s too soon for the upper 80’s and 90’s . By the way, I’ve been watching the short clips of our old home videos you’ve been uploading. Have you, by any chance, converted that VHS that Beth, Tom, Aaron, Ben, and I made of our ridiculously embarrassing war movie? I believe it’s still at Alan and Gloria’s house. That would be a fun one to pass around

Hi Noah, Afraid I haven’t seen the video you are talking about. I don’t even know if we have a functioning VCR anymore.
I’m afraid we are going to have another record breaking hot summer the way things are shaping up.

All of us kids got together and watched it the last time we were together, if I remember correctly, and we were at Alan and Gloria’s house, so they probably have it--and probably a functional VCR. I imagine we will have a hot summer, too
