Well we used the newfangled bacon cooker again this morning. I just turned the time knob all the way to the max and let it cook. It wasn’t too bad but I think next time I will let it run even a bit more after the first run. I don’t think the heating coil in the thing is really hot enough.

I do like how it works though. Just load it up and let it cook. No fuss, muss or bother. Take it apart when you are all done and put the sides and bottom in the dishwasher and wipe down the cooking surface.
