I think of all the technology advances in autos over the years and Im a bit amazed at the stuff we take for granted now. I can remember when getting a car with delay wipers was a big deal. I can also remember buying a cruise control kit for an old van I owned in the 70s and my Dad lecturing me on how those things are only going to cause accidents. I think both are now standard on most cars? So I guess a self driving car will some day be taken for granted.
