I’m going to be busy for the next week and the Blog will be neglected. Just to let you know if there are no entries or updates, I’m still kicking around. Maybe just not here.

[Post Dated] Another gripe about the Super 8 in Sioux Falls, the breakfast room was so tiny and crowded. Worse yet the coffee was undrinkable. We decided to go to the gas station next door for coffee.
We stopped for a late breakfast at Ditmer’s restaurant, a favorite from past trips. It took quite a while as our waitress was very unorganized. This may be our last stop there.
Arrived at the Super 8 in Sheridan, WY, without mishap. We drove over 500 miles and more than eight hours but it seemed better as there was less traffic and better scenery than yesterday. We passed the time zone too so we seemed to gain an hour and gave us the illusion of arriving at the hotel an hour earlier.
Tracey called earlier today to verify our reservation and asked to get a ground floor room. She was told it was guaranteed and I was surprised to find we actually got it!
