We received a very cool text message from Ben. He was honored by his senior class yearbook dedication. He was a new teacher their freshman year and has mentored the high school class for the past four years.

The good news is that Tracey has finished repairing the bedroom floor. The vinyl flooring is complete with trim and looks great.
The bad news is she discovered a leak near our water heater and it has been leaking for some time. It is enclosed in a small corner of the kitchen closet and is hard to access. The flooring and wall are soaked, damaged and moldy. Her next project will be to clean that mess up after we get the water heater removed. We will be without hot water until we get those repairs done and put a new water heater in. We decided we may as well replace it while we have it all apart rather than put the old heater back in.
