I fell down yesterday afternoon and couldn’t get up. Tracey had to call 911. It took three fireman and a police officer to hoist me onto my feet. Embarrassing.

My right arm and shoulder are really bunged up so I can’ get in or out of bed. Spent the night in the recliner. Sure glad I have a power chair to eject me. The Blog is probably going to suffer too.
