A rescue operation to transport a young male humpback to deeper waters in the North Sea after it became stranded in the Baltic Sea off Lübeck a month ago is under way. Rescuers loaded a stranded humpback whale, dubbed Timmy, on to a barge off the Baltic coast, in the hope the vessel can take it to safety in deeper waters. |
