This video really was chilling. The woman announced she was going to sick the police on him and then she did. The change in her voice and vocabulary was particularly telling. There was obvious intent to have the cops show up and arrest this guy when he wasn’t threatening her at all. I think she should have been arrested. #AmyCooper MjL

In 2021, Amy Cooper, the white woman who was arrested for calling 911 on a black birdwatcher in New York’s Central Park, had her criminal case thrown out after completing a diversionary counseling program. #AmyCooper I remember her yanking the poor dog by the collar, choking it.

In 2020, a white woman, Amy Cooper, called 911 to claim she was being threatened by “an African American man”, Christian Cooper, who had confronted her for walking her dog without a leash in New York’s Central Park. (After a video of the confrontation was widely circulated, Amy Cooper lost her job with investment firm Franklin Templeton and was charged with filing a false police report; the charge was dismissed after she completed a counseling program.) #AmyCooper
