The UAW sent me to Atlanta to organize an informational picket of CAT at a trade show. When we arrived the police escorted us to a 10 foot by 10 foot “Free Speech Area” about 100 yards from the exposition doors. And the cops stayed there to make sure we didn’t get out of the area without 1st removing any “message” t-shirts or leaving behind our flyers. #FreeSpeech is not so free in America. MjL
