I can remember showing our contractual pay scales to some white collar guys when they were trying to shame me about being “only blue collar”. It caused quite a stir when they discovered I made quite a bit more than they did as fresh engineer grads from Bradley. They had a clean air conditioned office but fewer benefits and less pay. #OfficePukes #LaptopClass MjL
